Sera is the ultimate professional that treats everyone as if they’re the only customer. Just like the State Farm slogan states, Shabby Shaw and Sera are “Just like a good neighbor.”"

"I've been with this agency for at least 25 years. When my former agent told me he was retiring, I had real concerns about the service. But I did not need to worry.
