"I've been with this agency for at least 25 years. When my former agent told me he was retiring, I had real concerns about the service. But I did not need to worry. With Claudia staying on it made the transition very smooth. She's still there to answer any of my questions and provides a familiar voice. "As shared on Yelp, my family decided to change State Farm agents this year after our previous agent retired. After reviewing agent options, we chose Shabby Shaw. Upon contacting her office on a Friday afternoon to inform them of our interest, we were pleasantly surprised when she agreed to meet with us on Monday to discuss our policies (auto and home). Based on our preliminary conversations, we focused on the automobile policies. She offered to come up with some options and what they would cost before the meeting (even though the weekend was coming up). Shabby and Sera (a great member of her staff) met with us as scheduled and we had a detailed discussion about the policies. Shabby went over the options and never sales pitched any of them - she based her thoughts on what we were seeking while also explaining the costs associated with each one. We were impressed by her professionalism and enthusiasm. My family certainly feels like we made the right choice in picking Shabby to be our new State Farm agent."
